FIELD: electronic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering, particularly to a low-level surveillance television camera, which uses an electro-optical converter (EOC) (1) as a luminance amplifier, and to the electro-optical converter for the said television camera. The technical outcome is achieved due to that, the electro-optical converter (1) and a fibre-optic device for scaling and transferring images from luminescent screen (4) to digital image sensor (5) are inseparable without loss of operability of the integrated device, which is the electro-optical converter (1), the output window of which is the fibre-optic device for scaling and transferring images, made in form of a gas impermeable focusing cone (2). Luminescent screen (4) is put on the face of the gas impermeable focusing cone (2) which is in the vacuum of the electro-optical converter (1). The other face (3) of the focusing cone (2) serves as the optical output of the electro-optical converter (1) and is directly adjacent to the digital image sensor (5).
EFFECT: improved quality of image, transmitted from the luminescent screen of the electro-optical converter of a low-level surveillance television camera to the light-sensitive area of a digital image sensor; reduced light loss and distortions of the transmitted image with retention of scaling of the intensified image without an extra device for transfer and scaling.
