FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: white roots and onions are cut, blanched and strained. Herbs are cut and frozen. The fresh green peas are frosted. Rabbit meat is cut. Wheat flour is browned in melted butter, the above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with white dry wine, table salt, citric acid, black bitter pepper and bay leaves under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture and bone broth are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
