FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: channelled right triangular hepatic ligament of liver, hepatorenal ligament are grafted to the tens intercostal space muscles. Then liver is fixed in normal anatomic position by means of a mesh polypropylene implant in size 8-10 cm and 6 cm. Therefor, the implant is positioned along costal margin, half-implant is grafted to diaphragm costal margin with interrupted suturing delivered through parietal peritoneum, intraperitoneal fascia and diaphragm. Suturing is equispaced along the implant surface. After liver is arranged in anatomically regular position, the other half-implant is grafted with interrupted suturing to Glisson's capsule of lower surface of right lobe of liver in lateral direction from gall bladder. Suturing is equispaced along the implant surface.

EFFECT: stable anatomic reduction of flail right lobe of liver.
