FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: laparoscopic nephropexy is performed using a formed cup-shaped implant with dimensions corresponding to the lower segment of the kidney. A square flap on the posterior edge of the implant ensures its fixation to the anterior surface of the large lumbar muscle. After the kidney is transferred to the physiological position, the implant is placed on its lower segment and the medial margins of petals are sewn together capturing the kidney capsule.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of reliable kidney fixation in the physiological position, allows to change the spatial position of the kidney in all planes, eliminating the risk of slipping.
