FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and may be applicable for laparoscopic nephropexy. Laparoscopic transperitoneal access to the kidney is performed. Laparoscope is inserted through a 10-mm endoport in the umbilical region to visualize the operative reception, and working tools are inserted through the 5-mm endoports located in the hypochondrium with the subsequent mobilization of the colon and the installation of a pathologically mobile kidney in its physiological position by means of traction tools. Fibrous capsule of the kidney is fixed to the peritoneum with separate interrupted sutures.
