FIELD: medicine; urology.
SUBSTANCE: kidney is mobilised. The kidney is transferred and fixed in physiological position with laying of the tape under the bottom pole of the kidney. The tape of 15 cm length and 3 cm width is used, with one end longitudinally cut in the middle at depth of 8 cm forming the split Y-shaped extremity. After transfer of the kidney into physiological position the unsplit end of the tape is fixed to the periosteum of the twelfth rib with Z-shaped seams from non-resolving suture material. In another variant fixation is carried out to the to the frontal surface of the lumbar muscle. After laying of a tape under the lower pole of a kidney the split Y-shaped end is fixed to the lower pole of a kidney with simultaneous correction of pathological rotation by continuous suture in chessboard order with prolene string by autraumatic needle. In the second variant fixation is carried out with four paper clips by means of herniostepler.
EFFECT: elimination of pathological rotation of kidney and increase of reliability of bracing patholologically a movable kidney with application laparoscopic access, decrease operation traumatism duration.
