FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a pharmaceutical composition of vinflunine in the form of a stable and sterile aqueous solution of water-soluble vinflunine salt with concentration of the main vinflunine from 1 to 50 mg/ml, which pH value makes from 3 to 4. The composition does not contain any preservatives. The invention also concerns a way of reception of the specified composition and its application as a medical product for parenteral administration at cancer treatment.
EFFECT: invention provides a water pharmaceutical vinflunine composition for the injections, possessing stability within 36 months under the temperature of 5°C ± 3°C.
