WAY OF RECEPTION OF REGENERATIVE PRODUCT FOR ISOLATING RESPIRATORY APPARATUS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A62D9/00 

FIELD: medicine, saving agents.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns ways of reception of the chemical substances used in isolating respiratory apparatus on chemically bound oxygen. The way includes mixture of initial components, % wt: sodium overperoxide (NaO₂) - 55-80, potassium overperoxide (KO₂) - 10-25 and body-building additive, in which quality calcium hydroxide (Ca (OH)₂) - 5-20 and calcium silicate in a kind of wollastonite (CaSiO₂) - 1-5 are used, formation of the received admixture and a heat treatment of the formed product at temperature 500-700°C. The received regenerative product has higher degree of working off at its operation in the isolating respiratory apparatus in comparison with analogues at the expense of improvement of conditions of diffusion of steams of water and carbon dioxide in volume of granules of a product. It allows enlarging time of protective action of the isolating respiratory apparatus at the same mass-dimensional characteristics. Besides isolating respiratory apparatus equipped with the offered regenerative product, at operation has lower temperature of circulating air on an inspiration and considerably smaller aerodynamic resistance to breathe of the user.

EFFECT: maintenance of more comfortable conditions for the user and expansion of a circle of persons which can use the given respiratory apparatus.
