FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for production of synthetic rubbers. Polymerisation charge that has been previously cooled down to reaction temperature is supplied via nozzle 8 to reactor. Reactor is equipped with heat exchange device 13 for supply and cooling of catalyst solution of "pipe in pipe" type, bundle 4 inbuilt instead of single tube and installed in peripheral zone from the side of mixing device 7. Tube for supply and cooling of catalyst solution 10 is located inside tube with cooling agent. In order to drain catalyst solution from tube, downdrop 12 is provided, which is directed with its outlet end into section of the second tier location in the mixing device 7, when counting from bottom.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of polymerisation reactor due to additional cooling of catalyst solution and to increase process duration prior to plugging.
