SUBSTANCE: invention is related to hand tools. Hand tool for marking and drawing comprises the first element, having the first and second parts. The second element is connected to the second part of the first element with the possibility of slippage and hinged rotation relative to it. Joint unit hingedly connects the second element to the second part of the first element. The second element may slide and hingedly slip relative to the second part between the first position, near the first end of the second part, in which hand tool may be used to perform the first operation of marking or drawing, and the second position, near the second end of the second part, opposite to its first end, in which hand tool may be used to perform the second operation of marking or drawing, which is different from the first operation of marking or drawing.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and reduction of time required for marking of stocks.
