FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to guide attachment for guiding cannula through incision into eye, a sclerotomy point marking device and a retention guide and a method for introducing the cannula into a patient's eye. Guide attachment for guiding the cannula through the incision into the eye, wherein the cannula has a generally rectangular or elliptical section, note here that guide fixture comprises case and two rigid feet. Said body comprises engagement means configured to engage with locating tool. Pair of stiff legs is continued from the body. Legs are parallel to each other. Each leg has a sharp end. Both legs extend in a plane. Body has inner walls forming a guide hole. Guide hole is oriented transversely to the plane associated with the legs. Guide opening is made to accommodate cannula having generally rectangular or elliptical section, so that the cannula is configured to be held in a position with an orientation substantially tangential relative to the incision. Device for marking point of sclerotomy and holding guide fixation comprises a rod, first marking element on first end, second marking element at second end and locating means of guide attachment at second end. Rod has the first end and the second end. First marking element comprises pins configured to set a gap, corresponding to one or both of distance between limb and area of "pars plana" or legs of guide attachment. Second marking element comprises pins configured to define sclerotomy points. Mounting facility of guide fastener is made with possibility of detachable retention of guide attachment. Method for insertion of a cannula in an eye of a patient, wherein the method comprises the following steps: inserting the legs of the guide attachment into the "pars plana" region of the eye, wherein the guide fastener additionally comprises an upper part fixed to the legs upper ends, wherein the upper part forms a guide hole oriented transversely to the plane set by the legs; sclerotomy is formed near a guide attachment; introducing the cannula through the guide opening; and cannula is introduced through sclerotomy, wherein the guide attachment is configured to direct the cannula through the sclerotomy with orientation, substantially tangentially.
EFFECT: use of inventions enables providing treatment of eye diseases.
