FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fabrication method of bellows, particularly to devices for thermal dressing of geometry and shape of bellows. Device contains mandrel with linear expansion coefficient different from linear expansion coefficient of bellows, consisting of split rings, thrusting by butt ends one to another, tightened by draw bar and implemented with shape-generating external cylindrical surface with cavity for inner flute of bellow. Cavity is radiused by arc to cylindrical surface, herewith, centre of arc radius is shifted from generatrix of cylindrical surface to mandrel axis for value, exceeding radius for 0.8÷1.5 of bellow thickness value. Conjugation of arc with generatrix of cylindrical surface is implemented at a distance 10÷15 values of bellow thickness from cavity shelf. Conjugation can be implemented along the straight line and arc with additional conjunction radius, equal to 0.2÷1.5 of value of bellow thickness or only by additional conjunction radius. In other option of device it is outfitted by installed on mandrel with bellow, line expansion coefficient of which is less than linear expansion coefficient of mandrel. Bush can be implemented from carbon - carbonaceous composite material, and on inner surface of bush it is plated layer made of neutral for material of bellow material.

EFFECT: device improves passage of bellow's flute into cylindrical shell and simplifies assemblage.
