FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely manufacture of thin-wall single-corrugation bellows.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making thin-wall tubular blank and forming single-corrugation bellows of it; performing interoperation heat treatment for releasing inner stresses; applying calibration mechanical action and subjecting bellows to final heat treatment for imparting to metal desired geometry size and predetermined mechanical properties; before final heat treatment applying calibration mechanical action for providing height difference of bellows along diameter less than 0.08 mm.

EFFECT: improved quality of bellows.
