FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: stage of vortex pump with one-sided flow part includes impeller 4 with blades 5 on periphery and two parts 1, 2 of stator on sides of the impeller. In one of the above parts there is inlet opening 7, and in the other one - outlet opening 8. In part 1 with supply opening 7 there is free channel 6. Divider 9 with cross section in the form of segment is installed in free channel 6. Spacer ring 3 is installed concentrically to impeller 4 between parts 1, 2 of stator. Peripheral part of free channel 6 is made in the above ring.

EFFECT: linear size of the stage is decreased and its operating efficiency at low flow rates is improved.
