FIELD: electronic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to system of integrated circuit (IC) calibration towards electronic component. Electronic device contains electronic component and IC. IC is configured with generation of system clock signal and external clock signal having programmable delay in regard to system clock signal. IC has possibility to define range of delay between system clock signal and external clock signal, in which communication of IC and electronic component is possible, and to program external clock signal by one of delay value set based on delay range.
EFFECT: adaptive calibration of memory with use of bunkers.
