SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport engineering, particularly, to engine control methods. Disclosed are methods and systems for controlling catalytic neutraliser. According to one embodiment, the method may include controlling the air-fuel ratio downstream of the catalytic neutraliser by controlling the fuel injection. Fuel injection is controlled based on control parameters updated in real-time mode by identifying the system at the instability point of feedback control.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of catalytic neutraliser in wide range of engine operating conditions.
