FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: unclaimed cash crop and raw material remained after manual deseeding are washed, diced or sliced into 1.0-1.5 cm thick pieces, trayed or racked with maximum 5 kg in one row on the dry yard and dried under the shed. Note that drying is carried out to end product humidity of 10-12% excluding exposure to direct sunshine during 96-141 hours.
EFFECT: obtaining product without any dirty marks which has rich yellow or orange colour, sweetish taste with pleasant flavour, characteristic of a fresh pumpkin.
