SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by raw onions cutting, blanching and chopping, pike perch fillet chopping, mixing of listed components with soya flour, drinking water and table salt to obtain mince, its forming, production of meatballs, parsley leaves cutting and freezing and its mixing with table salt under oxygen-free conditions, packing of meatballs, obtained mixture and fish broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: high digestibility.
