SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at using in canning industry. The preserves in the form of fish broth with meatballs are prepared as follows: onions are cut, blanched and chopped, carrots are blanched and chopped, catfish fillet is chopped, the above-mentioned components are mixed with wheat flour, drinking water and table salt to obtain stuffing, which is formed to obtain meatballs, parsley and dill greens are cut and frozen and mixed under oxygen free conditions with lemon juice and table salt, meatballs, the obtained mixture and fish broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention provides for production of new dish with improved digestibility.
