FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by pork cutting and chopping, fish fillet chopping, ham and loin cutting, raw onions cutting and blanching, mixing of listed components with soya flour, drinking water and table salt to obtain mince, its forming, production of meatballs, spinage cutting and freezing and its mixing with vegetable oil and table salt under oxygen-free conditions, packing of meatballs, obtained mixture and fish broth at given ratio of components, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
