SUBSTANCE: celery roots are cut and blanched. Grapes are blanched and cut. Lettuce, green onions, peppermint and bergamot mint greens are cut and frozen. Chicken meat and tofu are sliced. Pistachio nuts are crushed. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with lemon juice, culinary salt and calcium citrate under oxygen-free conditions. Obtained mixture and mayonnaise are packed. Then they are sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
