FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. Preserves are prepared by boiling, peeling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and blanching apples and tomatoes, blanching and cutting beetroots, cutting and freezing brussels sprout and dill, cutting chicken. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with lemon juice, culinary salt and calcium citrate under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture and mayonnaise are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
