SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Tomatoes and onions are cut and blanched. Cilantro is chopped and frozen. Tofu is strained. Walnut nucleouses are crushed. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with lemon juice, culinary salt and calcium citrate under oxygen-free conditions. Obtained mixture and mayonnaise are packed. Then sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
