SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in the field of salvage of people and vehicles in extreme situations, for example, at falling of people from high altitude or danger of collision of vehicles with obstacles or among themselves, by forced control from the outside by movement of the salvaged objects having dangerous for them and surrounding objects parametres of movement - position in space, rate or acceleration. The way consists in provision of a mobile and compact agent of forced traffic control of object with use of possibilities of explosion or a series of explosions for creation of a flowing round gas stream. The source of formation of a gas stream at the moment of its creation is not a part of a controlled object. The source of formation of a gas stream or explosion to a place of possible failure or accident is provided by means of rocket, artillery or any other system and controlled remotely. Extending gas from explosion can purposefully and not too sharply change such parametre of falling object as its rate, differently - smoothly to slow down falling, having made contact with the earth safe.
EFFECT: maintenance of smooth retardation of falling, making safe contact with the earth.
