FIELD: production line engineering.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor includes frame (1), belt circuit on drums. Pulling circuit out of two cables (9, 10) is positioned inside the belt circuit along its longitudinal axis. The circuit cables are supported at the carrying belt run (4) by inclined rollers (13, 14) with flanges (15) which can interact with side edges of the cable. Belt walls at the carrying run are supported by inclined rollers (16, 17) tilted against horizon at an angle exceeding cable roller inclination angle, and forming deep chute profile of the belt cross-section. Rollers supporting carrying belt run and cables of upper pulling circuit run are distanced from each other along the conveyor length. Driving and tension pulleys are made in the form of annular hollows of trapezoidal cross-section in cylindrical drum shells oriented along longitudinal axis of the conveyor. Idle run of the belt circuit features also vertical tension device.
EFFECT: simplified conveyor construction, increased carrying capacity of belt.
