SUBSTANCE: method provides for extracting tangerine zest by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparing artichoke, cutting it, drying in microwave field at specified process parameters and roasting it, roasting rye seed, mixing artichoke with rye seed in mass ratio of 7:3, impregnating by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisating to atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing mixture and cryo-mincing it in escaped nitrogen medium.
EFFECT: obtaining flavoured coffee beverage using non-waste technology.
