SUBSTANCE: method provides for extraction of tangerine peel by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparation of girasol, its cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, barley grain frying, mixing of girasol and barley grain in mass ratio 7:3, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: obtaining of instant powder for preparation of flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
