SUBSTANCE: method provides for extraction of tangerine peels by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, preparation of girasol and apples its cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, girasol frying, drying of apples by convective method, mixing of girasol and apples in mass ratio 3:2, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost and depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: production of flavoured coffee drink according to nonwaste technology.
