SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by cutting, blanching and straining of white roots and raw onions Greens are cut and frozen, fresh green peas are frozen. Poultry meat is sliced. Wheat flour is sauteed in melted butter. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with white dry wine, culinary salt, citric acid, hot black pepper and laurel leaf under oxygen-free conditions. This mixture is packed as well as bone broth with definite components proportion. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.
