FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: white roots and onions are cut, blanched and strained. The fresh green peas are frosted. Pheasant fillet is minced, wheat flour is browned in melted butter, listed components are mixed with bone broth, dry white wine, table salt, citric acid, CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and bay leaves under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
