FIELD: sports medicine. SUBSTANCE: functional, motor-power, anthropometric, figure, health and total ratings are determined. Functional rating is found using time of delay of breathing under expiration and inhalation, pulse, arterial pressure before and after physical exercise, pulse while standing, lying and under restoration period. Motor-power rating is determined by taking into account distance between wall and calf of the leg when one knee is snugly pressed against chest, height of maximum rise of leg, number of lifts and time of holding of trunk. Anthropometric rating is defined using information on amount of fat and muscle tissue in organism, height and mass of body. Figure rating is found on basis of deviations in amount of hypodermic fat and circumference sizes. Health and total ratings are found by use of all mentioned above ratings. Effect of physical practice on human organism is evaluated by rise of indices of health and total ratings and indices of subjective evaluation with regard to initial level. It is evaluated in this case as optimum one. EFFECT: enhanced quality and safety of determination of functional and structural state of human organism under effects of physical practice, possibility of evaluation of optimistic individual training conditions and determination of dynamics of correction of figure and change of health of man. 4 cl, 3 tbl
