FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of abrasive treatment and may be used in production of composite materials with high volume content of bound powdery nonmetal components, such as diamond, cubic boron nitride, etc. At least two suspensions are prepared from nonmetal components and liquid phase. Suspensions differ from each other by granularity of powdery nonmetal components of material. Suspensions are poured in portions into mould with porous bottom, and liquid phase is forcedly removed from every portion via mould porous bottom. Portions of every suspension are poured in mould in turns. The first poured is portion of suspension that contains nonmetal components with high granularity of powders. Afterwards deposited nonmetal components are fixed with binder.
EFFECT: material is produced with volume content of powdery nonmetal component of more than 75% and higher wear resistance.
