FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for dispensing of grained cottage cheese. The dispenser comprises a loading hopper 1, connected with a horizontal auger chamber 2 with a non-axial helical conveyor 3, a vertically aligned accumulating hopper 4, equipped in the lower part with a product diverter 5 controlled by a signal of a strain gauge sensor of a control system. Inside the accumulating hopper 4 coaxially with it there is a ripper installed with a reduction gear 7. At the same time the dispenser is additionally equipped with a dispensing reservoir 10, arranged vertically under the accumulating hopper 4 and equipped with the second product diverter 11 controlled by a signal of the strain gauge sensor. The base of the dispensing reservoir 10 is installed on the cantilever of the strain gauge sensor, the ripper comprises an axial shaft with mixing elements, the upper end of which is connected with the reduction gear 7, and the lower one is free, and the mixing element are aligned along the walls of the accumulating hopper 4.

EFFECT: invention provides for higher accuracy of dispensing due to breaking of available lumps in process of packing.
