SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, namely, to isolation of serine proteases, containing Gla-residue, and can be used in medicine. Purified serine protease, containing Gla-residue, is obtained by cultivation of mammalian host-cell, expressing said serine protease in culture medium, collecting culture medium, containing said serine protease and purification of said serine protease from culture medium at pH from 4.5 to 6.9 or from 8.6 to 10 and concentration of free calcium ions either higher than 20 mM or lower than 1 mM.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain stable purified factor VII, IX or X polypeptide.
