SUBSTANCE: invention is related to power plants of mobile machines with steam-force or combined engine. Power plant of mobile machine comprises steam engine and steam generating device, with supply of burned fuel heat in it. Steam generating device also comprises electric heaters communicated to electric generating braking device of mobile machine that accumulates energy of mobile machine braking in the form of heat. Version is also possible for combined operation of steam machine with internal combustion engine.

EFFECT: provision of fuel efficiency and lower toxicity of mobile machine exhaust.
