FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns clinical laboratory diagnostics and can be used in resistance-related analysis of erythrocytes in the patients suffering from various diseases, as well as in estimation of therapeutic results and in investigation of effector action of erythrocytic membrane. The method consists in resuspending of plasma-washed erythrocytes in physiologic environment, processing with canaloformer nystatin (5.5·10-5 - 3·10-4M) with resistance-related analysis of erythrocytes based on integrated output K+ from cells performed within 25 to 35 minutes from the moment nystatin is added to the sample. As the physiologic environment, saline solution of osmolarity 240-290 mosm/l, containing KCL in amount 4-5 mmol/l and NaCL in amount 104-141 mmol/l is used. Besides, autologous blood plasma is allowed.

EFFECT: possibility to estimate state of bilipid layer of erythrocytic membranes within method of resistance-related analysis of erythrocytes.
