FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying preservation solution containing metabolically active substances and antimicrobial preparations in quantities providing preparation and long duration (4-8 months) storage of erythrocytes not washed from plasma and washed native standard erythrocytes ready for being used both under sterile and non-sterile conditions at positive temperature to obtain erythrocyte rejuvenascence effect. The preservation solution is to be taken in quantities depending on erythrocyte number. EFFECT: long duration storage; availability of standard and rare forms of erythrocytes.
