FIELD: technological processes, metal working.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of material plastic working and may be used in manufacturing of multi-plane pipelines for pneumohydraulic systems of apparatuses and machines. Tubular billet is intended for pipeline manufacturing with application of electropulse and force sphere-dynamic plasticisation of metal. Billet has been previously plastically worked along the whole length of external surface along helical contour in the form of logarithmic spiral of Ya. Bernoulli at width (B) and depth (C). Width and depth are identified from the following expressions: B=(0.5…2.0) H; C=(0.1…0.3) H, where: H is thickness of billet wall. In process of preliminary processing, formation of helical dislocation concentrators is provided in billet metal structure. Pitch of logarithmic spiral of Ya. Bernoulli (L) amounts to L=(10…20)H.
EFFECT: provision of required level of pipeline billet metal plasticisation with preservation of shaped geometry during its operation.
