FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to press-forging equipment, particularly to machines for cold solid machining by method of local deformation with preliminary plasticisation of blanks metal. Press contains positions of blank running, its electric pulse machining and sphero-dynamic percussive-pulse handling. At running position on driving slide block it is free installed sphero-dynamic module. Module is implemented in the form of ellipsoid of revolution with annular groove on side surface. In groove it is located replaceable elemental annulus with external surface, equidistant to side surface of ellipsoid of revolution. One of moulds on running position is outfitted by horizontal displacement driving. Puncheon on running position is implemented with working surfaces by shape of electropulse and sphero-dynamic percussive-pulse handling are implemented with replaceable locating blocks. Locating blocks on position of electric pulse machining are outfitted by feed device to it of pulse of current. Locating blocks on position of sphero-dynamic percussive-pulse handling allows ability of rotationally oscillatory movement.

EFFECT: there is provided creation in blank material of nanostructure with "artificial intelligence".
