FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly manufacture of precision parts with normalized level of operational characteristics. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing blank with possibility of spontaneous rotation-oscillation motions in bearing member arranged with annular gap relative to lower die; alternatively applying efforts for upsetting and for rolling around while providing forward extrusion of blank metal to annular gap between lower die and bearing member; simultaneously acting upon annular portions of extruded metal by means of pulsating effort from bearing member in such a way that to provide forced oscillations of blank material on said annular portions; causing forced oscillations in resonance with pulsating oscillations of bearing member. It provides possibility for making in blank material structural-information field holding information introduced into material at deforming it for long time period.
