FIELD: civil engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to civil engineering, particularly to markers of road carpet, installed on surface of carriageway. Marker of road carpet includes basis with undersurface for location on surface of road carpet and with upper surface. Basis is formed with hollow and multitude of core openings, formed in hollow, separated from each other by means of partitions, and cover, provided for coupling with partitions and covering core openings. Cover is connected to partitions by means of ultrasonic weld. Additionally grooving is formed by surfaces of partitions, directed to cover. Basis additionally contains peripheral groove, passing by periphery of hollow, and each peripheral groove and groove in partitions allows couple if opposite side surfaces and surface, passing between side surfaces. Cover allows ribs directing energy, inserted into grooves. Ribs directing energy are molten enough at ultrasonic weld, in order to provide hermetic seal of cover to basis. Dimensions of grooves and ribs directing energy are selected so that in essence to duct and enclose molten material of ribs directing energy in grooves.
EFFECT: increasing of traffic safety and reliability of marker, reduction of consumption of materials for construction and manhours.
