System may also contain a lens made with possibility of insertion into the recess and removal from it. Lens can comprise a central optical element, a first eye extending radially from the central optical element, and a second eye extending in a radial direction from the central optical element, which can be more resistant to compression in the radial direction than the first eye.

EFFECT: using the given group of inventions enables introducing the intraocular lens into the eye without damaging it.
