FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of an active buffer for an automotive vehicle. Active buffer comprises molded from plastic finishing wall, which is turned outward in collision. Active plate made of plastic is installed as unfolding base. Chamber element made of plastic is connected around substantially compacted perimeter with finishing wall to form inflated chamber. Chamber element includes, at least, one substantially circular corrugated partition around central fastening area. Central fastening area includes a fastening protrusion projecting in the direction of the fastening platform on the active plate to form a thermal welded seam. Fastening ledge has arched cross-section forming the surface of weld seam with top. Surface of welded seam is welded by heat welding to fastening platform so that vertex creates first contact with fastening platform, at that compression of chamber element with active plate creates contact edge moving radially outward from top for gas removal from heat weld.
EFFECT: higher safety due to increased strength of welding seam during manufacturing.
