SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to devices for safe passage of limited mobility people - disable, individuals with strollers, in the areas, where it is impossible to install fixed-site access ramp. Multifunction access ramp contains two guiding bars rigidly fixed with each other by at least two crossing beams. One ends of the beam are made with cantilevered parts, and access ramp is equipped with a torsion bar, rigidly fixed to the above mentioned cantilevered parts of the beams, banisters and stands, one ends whereof are rigidly fixed to the torsion bar, other ends to the banisters, whereat guiding bars are made of a composite material and in the beams, in the torsion bar and stands there are openings for coupling joints.

EFFECT: enhanced comfort of operation when used on different staircases, not equipped with banisters, reduced weight.
