FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dough processing equipment namely for dosing of soft and hard dough as well as filler. Device contains loading bunker for dough, pitch cylinder, bucket, shaft, hole for dough skimping, dough cutting mechanism and gear for bucket and shaft moving. Bunker's lower part is made in form of square mesh, bunker is set on the square additional base, there is a pitch cylinder in the center of it. There is at least one hole on the outer surface with additional case with shaft. Pitch cylinder is made of Caprolon and has cutouts alternately either open for dough loading or putting dough into dough skimping holes. All parts are situated in the main casing on wheels. There are control unit, dough skimping mechanism, pneumatic drives in it. It is possible to set discharging shaft over pitch cylinder which is moved by pneumatic drive. It is possible to plug controller into control unit which works according the preset program, where total washing function is provided. It is possible to put transversal, abradant stand and drive into skimping mechanism. Invention allows to obtain accuracy and continuous dosing if needed. Device is compact, convenient to work with. Process automation is provided by control unit presense.

EFFECT: drive choice provides work with different structures of dough and filler.
