FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry namely to pasta production equipment and can be used for forming pasta of any format. Die for pasta production contains assembly brass or bronze fittings with at least one polymer insert system inside near die outlet. Insert systems are changeable and made of thermally formed composition of high pressure polyethylene and fluoroplastic powder as filler.
EFFECT: invention allows to decrease of labour intensity of manufacturing process, improve cost effectiveness of dies production, increase quantity of product obtained and lower usage costs.
