FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: insert has casing, fluoroplastic layer and protective disk, which are equipped with through openings. Insert is further provided with fluoroplastic linings. Protective disk has projections formed on side facing inward of casing. Fluoroplastic linings are mounted on said projections. Casing is made in the form of cylinder having perforated bottom, with number of perforations corresponding to number of projections on protective disk. Additional disk is positioned between stepped fluoroplastic layer and protective disk and provided with through conical perforations, with ratio S1/S2 being equal to 2.9-4.0, where S1 is area of protective disk effective section, and S2 is area of insert effective section. Insert of such construction allows continuous, tubular and other compound shaped macaroni products to be obtained and has increased service life (above 4,000 hours).
