Proposed device comprises controlled-output frequency sine-wave oscillator, electronic switch, measuring unit, measuring electrodes, analog multiplexer, wide-band amplifier, half-period average magnitude converter with re-adjustable time constant, ADC, transversal digital filter, data control and processing and indicator.

EFFECT: expanded frequency and measurement ranges, higher accuracy.
