FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to maxillofacial surgery and dentistry, and is intended for use in the removal of a tooth (teeth) or their roots for reconstructive surgery of the alveolar process of the jaw with direct dental implantation. At first, before carrying out an operative intervention, a computer-assisted tomography of the patient is performed. Then, the computer-assisted tomography data are translated into the STL format. After that, a mock-up of a cylindrical bone implant is produced, its length is ¾ the length of the actual dental implant to be installed, and the outer diameter corresponds to the size of the cylindrical mill used, and the mock-up bone implant includes a guide of the dental implant, whose diameter is 0.25 mm smaller than the diameter of the dental implant to be installed. Under local anesthesia, tooth extraction is performed. In the bone root of the removed tooth formed at the bottom of the alveolus, the bone implant from the lyophilized bone biomaterial is inserted using a cylindrical cutter. Using the guide at the bottom of the alveolus of the removed root of the tooth, osteotomy of the bone bed of the dental implant is carried out. Then, the bone implant is attached using adhesion to the treated walls of the alveolus and by aid of the dental implant installed by ¼ the length of its intraosseous part into the formed bone bed. It is followed by installing cap screws, healing caps on the dental implants. Wound is closed.
EFFECT: method allows due to reduction of time of an operative intervention, decrease a level of complexity of installing a dental implant in an alveolus of the removed tooth, eliminate of risk of dislocation of bone osteoplastic material, ensure homogeneity of alveolar filling and increase primary attachment of bone and dental implants to optimize direct dental implantation.
