FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises housing, separator and deforming tools. Deforming tool comprises central shaft and housing representing a disk with central bore and hollow shaft to transmit rotation from individual drive, peripheral bores to accommodate spring-loaded cams. Aforesaid central shaft support separator. The latter has peripheral bores to accommodate deforming tools representing step rod furnished with tape sprigs to produce static load. Static load pulse magnitude is adjusted by varying the cam offset from the housing and cam spring compression force.
EFFECT: expanded performances.
